Daily Exercise No. 20! The final exercise!
Side-Lying Rotation - starting facing front with knees together throughout, reach the top arm up to ceiling and then twist from waist to look behind, only turning as far as the knees stay together, repeat other side - repeat x4 each side
Daily Exercise No. 19!
Swimming - starting on all fours, reach opposite arm to leg out without moving the torso, repeat on other side - repeat x5 each side
Just two daily exercises left now, but you can always look back over the weeks and repeat! Plus competitions and new exercises will be coming very soon!
Daily Exercise No. 18!
Side Leg Lift - lying directly along the side of the body in a balanced way, keeping both legs long and pressed together, only lift them to a height that does not cause the waist to hitch up (Note the top leg will appear longer when correctly performed) repeat x10 each side
Daily Exercise No. 17!
The Breast Stroke - lying face down with arms reaching forwards, begin to take arms wide to side and pull them towards the legs whilst beginning to lift the upper body away from the floor - repeat x 10
Daily Exercise No. 16!
The Roll-Up - starting lying flat with arms over head, reach arms up and begin to slowly peel the whole body up away from the floor to reach towards toes before rolling back down to floor at same pace, using control of the abdominals - repeat x5
Daily Exercise No. 15!
Spine Twist Kneeling - arms wide and spine long, keeping lower body still, twist upper body to rotate the upper spine - repeat x 3 to each side
